Day 6: Conflict Management and Negotiations.

Day 7: Change Management

Day 8: Priorities, Time Management and Delegating.

Day 9: Becoming a Master Manager: A Competing Values Approach

Upon request the development process can be supported through individual surveys on Day 1, 5, 6 and 9.
