We really cannot predict how persons, other than ourselves, see and experience the world.<br \/>\nHowever, in intercultural cooperation the amount of unexpected differences in perspectives increases exponentially.<br \/>\nWithout even being aware, you manage to offend an entire group of people. Or you think you managed to come to an agreement with your business partner whereas later it turns out you did not.<br \/>\nHow do you cope with cultural differences, or even better, turn these differences into a strategic advantage?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe training creates awareness of the impact of different cultural perspectives on interaction and cooperation. This awareness will help you to control and manage your own attitude and approach to cultural differences to the advantage of yourself, your organisation and the other stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Audience: <\/strong><br \/>\nEverybody who wants to become more effective in an intercultural working environment.<br \/>\nDepending upon the specific situation and need of you and\/or your team, a training of one or two days can be offered. A minimum group size of 6 is recommended, in case of more than 12 participants 2 trainers are required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Objectives:<\/strong><br \/>\nSee and understand the impact of your own cultural perspective.
